Half Marathon Finish

Running Accomplishments:

There isn't a lot to say about my running. I have been running off and on for 5 years and I want to get better and test my limits. I am pretty much starting from scratch.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to complete the Moab 1/2 Marathon in October and to be able to be comfortable running.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Maybe someday a whole marathon would be amazing! :)

Personal:

I am a student at Utah State University and I came home from an LDS mission in December 2007.  I think if I can do that, I can complete a 1/2 marathon.

Keep up the training! Sounds like you're having a similar experience to what I had when I first got into running. Be patient but dedicated and consistent, and you'll achieve your goals. And, yes, you most definitely can do a half marathon...and more. Just tell yourself you can, and then train for it, and you'll get there. Once you've completed one or two races, you catch "the bug" for running, and then you'll start working for better PRs. Good luck.
